Could be any of a number of things.  Is that a safe front side bus
speed?  If you are overclocking, go back to completely stock.  Get it
working at regular rates then try and bump it up.
2nd..Do you have any devices sharing irq's with your sound or video
cards?   Set you sound hardware acceleration in the dxdiag back a notch or
two from full Accell.

I agree with David, sounds like a heat problem. Try leaving the case
door off  and see if it makes a difference. If you have a fan of some
kind point it inside the case. If that doesn't help your ram might be
going   Steve P

I don't think a cpu can be 'bad' or damaged.  From my experience, it
either works or it doesn't.  Since the program at least starts and runs for
a while, you have to be looking at things like excess heat or resource
conflicts.  A common problem over the years are sound and video cards
sharing IRQ's with other devices and that generally shows up after a
program has been running for XX amount of time.
(of course any time he can swap in a newer faster cpu, that is NOT a bad
thing.  )  :>

I'll ask again. Did you at least try taking the case off and having a fan
blow on it to at least see if it stops rebooting.
