Okay what is up, I posted yesterday about my friends Geforce 2 ultra 1.5ghz
system being faster than mine.
I know something is wrong with this picture. this is my system and my
3Daccelerator analysis.

P4 2.53
1gig PC800
120gig HD
Ti4600 using 42.86 drivers had 41.09 same results
Audigy 2 latest drivers.
Windows XP

We both run 1600x1200x32 no FSAA or AA I do manage to get a little better
FPS than him. I avg. 35 to 26, he gets 26-21 everything maxed out except the
last 3 shadow options.
And it does not matter what resolution I use get about the same FPS.all this
in D3D, and DX9, have not luck at all in opengl, and thats what I always had
to run NR2002 in.
