Eric Bush, Please Help, NR2003 Crashing with New System

Just got a new system and about 15 or 20min, into playing a
multi-player race
with a friend for the last couple nights, without any warning the
computer
just reboots. Everything will be running great then BAM, just reboots.
My old computer never had this problem. I'll list the systems.
Please let me know if you have any ideas.

in the clear. All options except the last 3 shadow options, and Track
highlights. NR2003 installed to the C: drive.

Logitech Momo wheel.

New System:

Asus P4 C800  800mhz FSB
P4 3.0 C 800
1gig dualddr
2x120gig Hard Drives
ATI 9800Pro  3.2 drivers
Audigy Platinum EX latest drivers I could find.
Windows XP SP1
In a alienware type case,with 4 fans.

Old System.
Dell 8200
P4 2.53
1gig PC800
120gig HD, this got moved to the new system as the slave drive.
replaced with new 80gig drive.
Same ATI 9800Pro-- Installed the Ti4600 back in this one.
Same Audigy 2 card,
Windows XP SP1

Mine was doing that due to heat when I first got the game after it was
released. I had to take the cover off the tower and that solved the problem.
I have a house fan blow on it too to make sure it doesn't reboot. It hasn't
rebooted once since.

Sound like a heat issue, or possible memory issue.  Try booting with
safe non-optimized settings and see if the system doesn't reset.  This
oculd be a little bit of a tricky issue, double check all your case
wiring, and making sure everything is connected and seated securely.

Try the following test:
Go to any replay, and cycle through the cameras. If the computer
reboots when you move from the***pit view to another one, then it's
a sound problem.

I had this problem (the computer would reboot during races or while
leaving pit road) and I solved it by lowering the "Sound Hardware
Acceleration" in DirectX.
