SCGT SP3 - no Split-Axis

After downloading and installing the Service Pack 3 for SCGT, my
controller (TSW Wheel) no longer works using split-axis.

I have the patch for split-axis which I downloaded a while ago and had
installed before installing Service Pack 3.  My question is, can I
reapply the split-axis patch now without causing problems?

Or is there another way to get split axis to work at this point/

Split-Axis patch was only for the demo.  Post on the GT Insider
(www.gtinsider.com) forum if you would like someone to tell you how exactly to
setup split-axis in SCGT.
