rec.autos.simulators

I have a Microsoft FF wheel that seems to feel good when I race off line or
even when I Qualify. However once I am on-line and start to race it has a
completely different feel to it. It feels looser and not as responsive? Any
Idea's

In the old days, Papy used a specially-written optimized controller driver
to get around this.  It worked well.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work with Digital control devices, and probably
never will, which is why most of us have to use the DirectX drivers in N4.
