New CART .... DS II S220 compatible?

Having trouble running Rendition based sims from true DOS with the DS II
S220 card.

I now run N2 w/expansion and SODA without problems from Win95.  Seems that
the rendition is not compatible with true DOS, just Win95.  ICR2 Rendition
patch found at various internet sites doesn't work in my configuration from
DOS or Win95.

So, want to get the Rendition version of CART, but not sure if it is now
truly Win95 compatible.

Can I run the rendition version of the new CART with the DS II S220 from
Win95?  If so, how?
