I am having a problem with Nascar 2 finding my joystick. I have configured
the joystick in Win95 and it says everything is working properly, but when
I load Nascar 2 I can only configure the keyboard. I have the joystick set
to Custom-2axis-4 button. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you are running N2 through Win95(b). This is a common problem
with N2 and Win95(b), but not everyone experienced it. Upgrade your
version of N2 to the latest, which is 1.02. This will allow you to use
your JS in N2 through Win95(b), but it _may_ cause another problem One
which we fondly refer to as the ' lurch '. But as if you give me the
option of driving with the keyboard, or living with the ' lurch ', I'll
take the lurch any day. Heck, driving with the keyboard is just one big
lurch.
