For some strange reason I can't configure my Thrustmaster wheel properly.
Everything works fine except the left paddle. I didn't know until after I
bought the thing that it uses paddles not a shifter.  On my old board I used
a Thrustmaster game card but my new board has no provisions for a ISA card.
Is a new USB wheel the way to go?  Also I'm wondering about frame rates.  I
average around 45-50 fps with all details on running 35 cars. System is a
Duron 850 with 256 ram and Asus V3800 video card.  Is this around normal,
better or worse than what I should be getting? I'm considering getting a
Geforce 2 card but want to make sure the money spent is worth it. It's
either the card or a new wheel.

Stick with what you got.
I get 35-40 FPS in races and I have

AMD900Tbird
256ram
Geforce 64meg Prophet
52X cd
sb live.

Sounds like you are peaked for your system!



1. N4 regular wheel or FF wheels

2. WTB: Front wheel housings (wheel wells) to fit a 1976 Dodge Royal Monaco; new or used.

3. N4 - has someone tried using GPL tracks in demo?

4. N4: ne1 using a Gforce3 with a Celeron 566@876 with agp 2 ?

5. is there a convertor for using GPL tracks in N4 ?

6. Using multiple monitors in N4, GPL and others

7. N4 and Audigy Bad Sounds, anybody else using this...

8. Using N4 Tracks in NR/02

9. Using N2002 Demo Cars in N4?
