Though N3 and NL are not based on the GPL physics engine, they still provide
a Very satisfying experience IMHO. I was a big proponent of GPL physics in
N3. When I heard they weren't going to be there, I was
dissappointed...right up until I bought the sims. Between the noticeably
tweaked N2 physics, the sound, which I can only describe as immersive and
the realistice aesthetics, I can now say that I'm very pleased with them and
the open beta patches bring new neat stuff with each build.
