Will Nascar 2003 run on a Voodoo3 card ?

Yes, but not all that well. Max resolution of 800x600, and in one of the two
modes (not sure which), if windshield gunk is checked "on", you'll enter
your car to find your windshield 100% gunked over just sitting on pit road.

You can switch to the other video mode, which will fix the resolution, but
will cut your frame rate to an almost unplayable low number.

Papyrus says that this is because you (and me) are using an unsupported
video card, and we should count our lucky stars that the game plays at all
with it. I read this to mean they're not going to attempt to fix it, and
we'll have to spend a buck, step into the 2000s someday, and upgrade.

Attempting to run this decade's games with last decade's hardware is a losing proposition but hey, best of luck anyway!
