Drop down to 16-bit graphics in your 3D Config... 32-bit causes problems
like yours, with many machines...

Common problem. There doesn't seem to be any clear fix for this.  For me, it
was solved when I moved from any 21 drivers back to my trusty 12.90s, but
that doesn't work for everyone. Some people need to go into window mode, run
FRAPS, all sorts of things.
Hopefully this will be sorted out soon.

I am sure I found that, turning them OFF in the options....exiting out -
i.e. saving and then turning them back on worked for me at one stage.

F1 2001 is a voodoo and witchcraft world ;).  Try sacificing some goats or
something ;)

Try setting Video to FULL. If it works (it did form me) you can lower
the settings
to their previous values.
