I have the CD version of NASCAR and I'm running it on a 486-33 w/
8M of RAM.  I don't hear any digitized voice or annoucements in the
game at all just engine sounds.  Is it possible to turn voice on and
off?  Or is it done automatically for you depending on your PCs
speed?  Any addition sound info would be helpful.

Thanks,

Do you have a sound card?  Unless you do, you won't hear a thing.
Go into the 'Options' menu and make sure you have music and sound turned on,
and that your DMA/IRQ settings are correct.

It don't work. :)
I don't think it does anyway. I heard that it was a planned feature and
won't be installed until a couple of upgrades are releases.
