GPL Converter - Blurry horizons

Hi everybody

Great job by Dave Noonan and his team with his converter.
I was just wondering what is the reason for all the horizons in CART
converted tracks are so blurry. It really is a little annoying.
Can I do something about it, besides turning the horizon off altogether
(and losing the sky texture as well)?

Maybe it's done to give a feeling of speed? When driving, I don't
notice it at all anymore.
