Gp3200 dycrypt exe problems

Hi all,
I downloaded the GP3 200 add-on dycrypt exe, but when i double click
on it to load it into the game, I get the following error message;
BINKW32.dll was not found. I looked at both the GP3 and GP3 2000 add
on CD disks but cant see that file at all. Can anyone advise me what i
have to do to dycrypt the sim ?

Did you replace the original exe with the decrypted one? It needs to
be in the same directory...

That file (binkw32.dll) should be in your GP3 2000 folder.  God knows what
it does though!

BTW how good is a 1.23.1xx at San marino with the add on ??
