the Daytona 500 program with the Papyrus NL sim? Hasn't anybody been able to
figure out how to get it to work? Is the opinion that nobody will be able to
figure out how to get it to work?

I doubt anybody will be able. It's encrypted in a very good and yet
pathetic way to***off the normal fans. The same goes for the N3 version
on the CD. The only reason why we have a N3 version of the Daytona
International Speedway is that it was leaked from another source than the
demo CD.

No, because if they did, it would be posted all over the internet like a bad rash.
Eventually, when someone breaks the encryption that it was written in.
But don't hold your breath.

Remember, when you talk about the Legends/N3 Daytona, you are talking about
a track that Papyrus themselves made. I am sure that those that own the
rights for Daytona are not entirely thrilled that the N3 Daytona is all over
the internet. Papyrus has to do what they can to cover their own arse.

For people to make comments like "a way to***off their fans" is getting
mad at the wrong people. Can we blame Papy for covering their butt?
I would not want Papy risking their relationship with the Daytona people, I
would like to think that at a future date we can have this track in the Papy
games, legally.

In future releases you will be able to tweak tracks just like we do now.
