Sadly, I doubt that.

I don't like Nascar much myself <braces self for zillions of flames>,
but this situation annoys me like hell. Having said that, I don't
imagine that add-ons for UK sims (eg the X-Miles add-on for Network Q
Rally Champ.) are available too widely in the US. But I suppose they
*could* be ordered - which this, AIUI, can't.

AFAICS, the only *legal* way anyone who hasn't been to Daytona could
get the track would be to be sent the actual CD from someone who had.
As long as the original owner didn't keep a copy, of course.

Both ISC and Papy's actions are entirely legal - they just stick two
fingers up at the people who pay their bills by supporting them.
