I was playing I76 over the net when all of a sudden a tank rammed
me...  Then another another one appeared...  They were both
laughing at anyone without a tank...

        How do I get a tank so I can laugh at other people?

Be an Activision I76 designer/programmer(who has the codes to get the tank,
attack helicopter, motorcycle, and many others) or a good hex editor(to
hack the vehicles out BUT they are very unstable in this state)
