I76 resolution problem

For some reason when I set I76 to 320x200 I am presented with a
small box screen at the top of my screen.  Everything is scrambled in it
Any ideas on why....

        Cyrix 686/150, 32 Megs Ram, 2MB Trident 9680,

If you've got a p150, why are you running in 320X200?
