Well, I'm using a MS Sidewinder FF Pro and it works great... the only
problem I have is:
Playing a racing game with FF = undriveable for me
It's very hard to steer, and just doesn't feel good... Maybe you'll like it,
but I don't.
The only game I enjoyed the FF was FS98, it was really great.

Oh, yes, and I was having a problem when playing GPL with FF, the game was
in slo-mo all the time... Maybe  they made it so that you can enjoy the FF
more :-)

However i had to adjust the core.ini settings a bit cause the effects
were much to strong with the default setup.
And my laptimes have dropped a bit - guess i need more training.. ;-)

As for the best FF joystick... i think it depends on your needs.
You should check out some reviews that are floating around the net.
I bought the Logitech cause _I_ felt that it provides better and more
subtle effects - and it was less expensive than MSFF (YMMV).
