Yes, but you'll have to turn the graphics down somewhat, perhaps more than
you would like to but should you ever upgrade you'll be able to grow into
it.

One dude says forget it while another dude says it will run. Crazy.

Having a p400 w/128 and a TNT2 Ultra, N4 runs just fine, with some of the
eye candy toned down. Don't expect to run comfortably with 43 cars though.
Such a thing doesn't interest me anyhow. I like online. I can get along
with 15-20 cars quite easily.

As the poster said above, a new video card would help.

Whoops, I guess I do have a 32mb card if that makes any difference?
