I keep seeing reference to turning off the steering help in f1gp, I can't
seem to locate this. I assume it's not the same thing as the F3 key? Can
someone tell me where to turn off steering and traction aids? I have looked
in all the menus and don't see anything. I have U.S. version, World Circuit,
and use the keyboard (for now) if this makes any difference. Thanks for any
help!

You find it if you follow this: game options-control method-edit current controls- edit
steering control. (these are all buttons in the menus, starting from main menu). Good
luck! It shouldnt be too hard ; ) !

Try the following paths:

Game Options
Control Method
Edit Current Controls
Edit Steering Controls
Steering Help: On/Off
..and..
Edit Acceleration/Brake Controls
Traction Help: Yes/No

If you want to keep them set after changing them, don't forget to save
the options file (from Game Options menu).

I'm not sure, but I have an idea thst this is not available to
people not using a joystick.
