Or are these features available only if you use the joystick? (I play
with the keys).

As I stated in my post, it is in the OPTIONS menu. I think in the "edit
control" section.

If you have an Amiga I suggest you have a look at F1GP-Ed (see .sig
for details on where to get it). The latest version which is due
to be released next week will totally outclass all of the PC
editors as it will allow you to editor alot if things with one
editor, including cars appearance, braking distances, HPs for all
cars, wet race probability, change the sound of the engine
and tons, tons more.
