I'm going to try and do the capturing in slow motion (down arrow in
f1c) and use a high framerate (30fps). That way I should be able to
get it to capture more frames, which is the main problem. Even at
10fps fraps is missing frames here and there.

Sorry, it was done in Movie Studio, so you need WMP9.
I'll work on converting to DivX as soon as I have the necessary
software.

The best vids of F1 2002 I saw involved a guy who used TV-out into a PC with
hardware MPEG2 video capture. Seems silly going from digital to analogue
and back again but the results were great. They were even captured at 60fps
v-synced and saved as 60fps interlaced MPEG2 videos. Burned to a SVCD and
played through a DVD player/TV, they looked stunning. They were a tad large
to d/l though.....(100MB for 5 mins)

Eldred, download VLC player from here http://www.videolan.org/ , this
program plays all movies without the need to install all sorts of
codecs crap. So far I didn't find a single movie that I couldn't play
with VLC :)
