Yes, it works, but it doesn't solve the problems related to playing GP3 over
the net.

I noticed that whilst surfing today, and was all set to download all the
necessary (I haven't played GP3 for a while). Looks like it might not be
worth the hassle then?
Surely something like internet play can't be improved with an addon. The
network play routines would have to be recoded for efficiency.

Well, since there was no internet play before, it has certainly been
"improved" with the addon.

Problem is that GP3 is poor even on a LAN, but hopefully this is only
due to it being forced to communicate at 56k max. Strange they don't
allow 10mbit, given that their excuse was "internet isn't good enough"
for not having this originally.
