Anyone else having problems with their Logitech MOMO wheel oscillating while
racing in Nascar2002?  I've been trying to change some settings in the game,
but have yet to be able to do away with this oscillating.

thanks

Try this:

Overall Effects Strength = 100%

Spring Effect Strength = 100%

Damper Effect Strength = 100%

Enable Centering Spring in FF Games = Checked

Centering Spring Strength = 3%

Don't go above 100% with any of the forces.

Try these settings with the FF in N2002 set at full strength.

Good luck!

In GPL, N4 and N2002, you really shouldn't use any centering spring forces
in the Profiler, because they calculate that force by itself and sums it in
to the other forces. 3% is quite subtle, though.

As to original poster, increasing latency and/or increasing damping should
throw any oscillating out of the window.

try these:
overall strength=97%
spring=100%
damping=25%
center=0%
in nascar 2002:
strength=80%
damping=10%
latency=5%
linearety=95%

Do you think that at 3% any of the subtle FF effects are being masked?
