The green track problem N1999 to GPL

The green track problem with conversion of some tracks to GPL appears to be
caused by the graphics coordinate system being out of sync. with the
enforced track physics and collision detection.
Could some one please tell me how it would be possible to modify this so
that the two coincide. Is there a universal coordinate modification in the
track.ini file. I am having the trouble at Talledega.
