I have all aids turned off and am having difficulty controlling braking.
With almost any touch on the pedal the wheels lock up and I lose control
until (obviously) I release the brakes. Doesn't feel right. Any ideas?

It only takes a 1/4" or so of pedal. Also, you might want to try moving the
brake balance a little to the rear, using  [ ] . The default is too far forward
for my liking.

Maybe CTFJ from www.stickworks.com can help here. Set the axis for the brake
pedal to low sensitvity curve.

Lower the contoller setting sensitivity.  It seems
to affect both the steering and pedal axes.

While you're at it, make sure they are calibrated
correctly in Windows.

I have seen this mention of very small pedal travel mentioned several times
so far. Anyone have any explanation as to why I am not finding the same
thing. I use a LWFF (with original pedals) and the pedal travel seems how I
would expect it. I am not using any of the utilities such as CTFJ to alter
anything so I am just wondering why I am not getting this same problem (not
that I am complaining....).
