Nope :o) I'm faster at Silverstone too (just!)

Silverstone pb: 1:28.85
Monza pb: 1:28.88

Mon = 1:29.85

Ok, My PB at Silverstone is 1:32.47(cooper(!))  At this rate, I'll get under
1:27 in about...5 years...?

Nope.  1:27.54 at Monza (Lotus).  1:27.33 at Silverstone (Eagle).

Sheesh. I used to be quite pleased with that 1:29 at Silverstone. Back
to the track, I suppose (I think you can spend too much time in the
garage).

(BTW, I don't know many fellow Brits who pronounce it "Silver-stun" as
the manual claims).

  I've never heard anyone pronounce it any other way.  I've certainly
never heard anyone say "Silverstone" to rhyme with thrown or flown.

  Perhaps it's a regional thing?

Must be - I live in Worcestershire, and everyone I know rhymes it
with "flown". But then, we're a bit weird down this way - must be all
those damsons.

I just heard Alain DeCadena (sp) say "Siva-stun" on Speedvision
yesterday, and he's pretty British.
