Is there any guide "GPL setups for dummies".
things like that

I know some basis

if tire is two hot on inner/outer edge change the camber
if the tire to hot on mid section change pressure
Tire must have same temperature on mid and edge with maximum pressure
i know basicly how to change gear setups.

low pressure = better grip ?
high pressure = better speed ?
But i don't know how to change the suspensions and anti-rool bars.
Well i know a little , soft suspension for more grip. What i gain with hard
suspension/roll bar ?

so where can i found a GPL Setup guide for dummies and expert ?
