Ok, i have just downloaded a lot of cool cars for scgt but when i start the
engine i can't  hear any sounds for the cars i have downloaded, how can i do
to hear engine sounds????

  A-lot of the cars in the Service Pak 3.0 and some others didn't have
the wave files included or you didn't unzip them to the proper folder.
If your zip file has wav files in it, make sure you unzip them
SEPARATELY from the .veh and .mas files.  Unzip the .wav files into your
sounds\22k16bit folder.  Make sure you also have the 22k16bit sound
files chosen for you Inside the game.  
  And finally...there is a file called scgtsoundcheck.zip that has
locations of many of the missing sound files.  Dig that up and you will
be able to track down many of the missing sounds
