I read a post in here about the cars in the Multiplayer mode
jumping around on the track. I believe the poster was using Nascar2 1.03. I
have also had that problem. Is it a problem with the patch? or is it the
latency quality? I thought it was problems with my latency. Please clearify
if you can or point me in a direction. The other question: Late one night I
was racing at Dover (Practice Mode). I had the F2 screen up to see my
relative speeds to the AI's. After coming out of turn four I hit the wall
and brought the car to a stop, somewhere around the Start/Finish Line. I
took a short break (Left the car on the track). When I came back the
spotter said something. I did not catch it. Since the patch, I have been
hearing a few more statements from the spotter. The next time I crossed the
finish line, the spotter gave me, what I thought, was a ?lap speed?. I have
the speeds posted in time. I thought it was cool and said to my self, "I
will have to spent more time on this". Proceeded to goto bed. Never been
able to recreate it.
Oh, when this happened, I believe the spotter said the number in
single digits (one two five, for 125). I am sure it was not a lap
position.
Was I dreaming? Did I access an undocumented feature? I was tired,
but not that out of it.
Thanks.
