open f1car.gen with a text editor, (in your season01\vehicles dir.) Then
scroll to the section that says "Instance=Arms" then put // in front of the
whole section.
For instance: (I left out a bunch in the middle)

//  Instance=ARMS
// {
//   movable=True
//  }
