CPR handling vs GP2/F1RS

I find the handling of GP2 and F1RS demo very believable, but the CPR demo has
me driving like a drunken sailor (no offense, it's just a saying).  I feel like
input is either delayed in onset or continues after input is removed or both.
I know indy and F1 cars will handle differently because of weight, horsepower,
etc., but shouldn't the steering still be precise?  I'm using a GP1, but have
tried my TM FCS stick with the same results.  Is it the setup?  Does the patch
help?  I can't imagine getting the fast times I read about here with the sloppy
handling I'm experienceing.  I'd really like to get this sim, but I'd like to
know I can tune it up first.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

CPR handling vs GP2/F1RS

There are two things which may help tighten up the steering in CPR for you.
Go to Options > Controls, and adjust the Speed Sensitive Steering and
Non-Linear Steering sliders.  By adjusting these you can get a twitchy
handling setup.  The further left these sliders are, the tighter the setup.
Fool around with these and see if it helps.  As for the patch, it effects
a number of things (the cars will now avoid hitting you) and the traction
is reduced on intermediate and pro settings.  How realistic this reduced
traction is, I don't know, but it seems more like the F1RS demo.  It seems
alot of people hate CPR, I kind of like it.
