Do our hotlaps we run online recorded in our GPL files? Or do they evaporate
once we disconnect?

Ran a PB at Mosport a few minutes ago, checked under player, and saw the
old, dismal time. :-(.

I think mostly they *are* recorded, but if the game crashes out back to the
desktop, any times you set during that session are lost.

I think it's more likely to crash while racing online.

It may even be that if you are unexpectedly disconnected then your lap time
is lost, but I'm not sure about that.

As long as you exit normally (i.e. you're not disconnected) your times
should be recorded in your player.ini.

Sucks about Mosport but now that you've had all that practise I'm sure
you'll set an even faster PB soon ;)

Yes, that's true. I've lost PB's before because of that... :(
