Voodoo For You or Rendition Condition?

I don't know if its been addressed in here, but, in appropriate benchmark
tests, which performs better, a Voodoo-based card or a Rendition-based card?
Just wondering, I've already got a Screamin' 3D...

It depends on what you're using as a benchmark, but there is little
argument that the Voodoo cards offer superior 3D performance.  This
comes at the cost of a higher price (the card alone is more than a
Rendition card, plus you still need a decent 2D card to go along with
it) and no 3D acceleration in a Window (full-screen only).  This will
be less of an issue when the Voodoo Rush cards are released.  Basically
it's the combination of a specially designed 2D card that will use a
Voodoo Rush daughter card (they will offer the same performance as the
Voodoo cards available now).  The Stingray 128/3D by Hercules should be
the first such card released with an estimated street price of about
$300 for the fully loaded model.
