As I recall, the graphics were the big time hit. Almost anyone
posting a fast lap was running with the graphics at complete minimum.
It is a shame that a series like touring cars has weaknesses like that.
Time and Frame rates should not effect each other. Frame rates, or lack
thereof, usually effect driving smoothness.
