You'll probably get 7000fps in NASCAR 2003. <grin> Although it will
partially depend on *what* graphics card you're talking about. You can
get some slow cards with 256KB on them.
Save some money and get a Logitech G-25 wheel, a Logitech G15 ***
keyboard (so you can see who you're talking to when using Teamspeak),
and a good joystick for those flight sims. The peripherals can make a
big difference in your *** performance and enjoyment.

Maybe you even have a used copy of XP lying around that could be used
for such a purpose.

The problems with NR2003 in Vista are many. In my case, I could not run it
very well at all, even in the compatibility modes. It would just freeze or
reboot. I couldn't even get it to run long enough to experience the OTHER
issues that folks have had with it. My advise is that if you want to run
NR2003, go with XP.
