Send me your $50 and I'll buy it. :)
Personally I think I'm gonna try waiting on this one. Got too many mods to
run with F1 2k2. A Cart league is starting up soon and I may have to get
THunder for a track pak...grrr.

Poor Dave, life is so hard ;-)

There's no point in running a Nascar simulation if you're not having to go
the distance in one sitting. There's an accellerated wear option for the
less committed.

Never argue with an idiot. He brings you down to his level, then beats you
with experience...

What Eldred said :)
John
A simulated NASCAR race is not like a level or a mission in other games. You
know how hard it's going to be, you know what to do to complete it and you
approximately know how long it's going to take. So where does the need to
save your progress come in to this equation?
If running a long race is (generally speaking) still beyond your ability as
a driver, why split it up in to several managable parts? -Run several
shorter ones and find out about your maximum sustainable pace that way. It's
quicker and makes you quicker.
I used to think it had merit in my situation as I can (and sometimes did)
get called away... now I simply unplug the phone and you know what? -So far
it's turned out things can wait untill I finish my race. <g>
