i was wondering if someone from spain has succesfully raced on VROC with our
"ultrafast"  internet speeds ..,

As long as your ping to the server is decent (ie. less than .5 seconds), it
doesn't matter where you are. I've been in races where the server was in
Oregon and the competitors were from Brazil, Spain, Germany, France, UK,
Netherlands, US and Canada. It can be done.
