Yep, just call or e-mail them for a free replacement.

Yes.  I just did this two days ago.  I heard one guy who put a block of
wood somewhere inside of his to keep it from breaking again.

If you are talking about the T1, yes. Call Thrustmaster, tell 'em what
happened. They will send you some more springs. Drill out the pop
rivets holding the pedals together, change the spring, then sheetmetal
***it back together again. You might want to put a spacer such as a
piece of wood behind the pedals to limit their travel. Not only does
it protect the springs, it makes it easier on your ankles (IMHO).
Don't forget to re-calibrate if you put in the spacer.

The block of wood is an option, but "should" slow you down in speed...
let me explain.  I took a metal bar and put it behind my two pedals so
that the pedals (obviously) wouldn't go all the way down.  Things
seemed fine until I tried out the pedals in Nascar 1.  I got into
Nascar 1 and recalibrated.... I was running 95's top speed and it was
very noticable.  I then thought...... recalibrate in Windows95, but it
didn't work.... then I rebooted and went directly to a COMMAND PROMPT
ONLY and then ran Nascar 1, recalibrated and tried it... same thing.
I talked to a tech at Thrustmaster who said that although the game
should interpret the new values and run properly, it doesn't seem to
be the case with the block behind the pedals option.

The good news is that KBOLIN posted a fix which involved putting
springs infront fo the pedal to help support the thrustmaster
springs... I tried this and so far.... no problems!  If anyone is
interested in this file (with diagrams).. check out the file section
of my web page.
