I was driving around Sears Point in my #9 Dodge and then my LWFF gas pedel
spring snapped and the top 1/4 of it came off. I have looked for a
replacement spring at Walmart, Lowe's, 2 Auto Parts stores, and a Tractor
shop. I cant find one anywhere!!! Where can I get a replacement??? I need to
drive fast and my 92 Mercury Sable isnt cutting it. HELP!

To clarify: put the ball under your brake, and move the brake spring to
your gas pedal.

Sorted :).

I've got a spring under my gas and brake pedal for my old Mad Catz steering
wheel that I bought from The Home Depot.  :)  Better than new, seriously!

i guess that could work for a while, but the brake spring is shorter than
the gas one. So does anyone know where I could find some real springs?

I have found replacement coil springs for my LWFF pedals at Home Depot and
at local, mom and pop (non-chain) hardware stores. You may have to cut the
spring to the correct length, but it's pretty easy to do.
