system, with either a Celery 466 or K6-2/3, but should I not forget the new
TNT2?
Toms Hardware reports that Nvidia Corp. has announced availability of
software drivers for the Riva TNT and TNT2 3D processors, specifically
optimised for AMD's K6-2 and K6-III CPUs. The new software boosts Nvidia's
3D graphics processors performance by up to 40 percent, as measured by
leading industry benchmarks and real-world games.
The new drivers are said to include enhancements that maximise AGP
performance in AMD systems.
So can I expect GPL to benefit dramatically with an AMD/TNT2-based set-up?
