Thanks for the info.

How the hell do I get GPL to run with my new TNT2 leadtek video card.

I've downloaded the opengl patch, chosen 640x480 mode and as soon as I get
into the in car view my whole system locks up and I have to reboot.

I've tried all the resolutions, and no luck.

And Sierra's suggestion that I run it in software mode..................well
what can you say!

Anyone had any luck running GPL with their TNT2 cards. Everyother game I own
runs fine on it, but my favourite game won't.

I hope that the new 1.1 patch will have support for all the new generation
cards.

I'm pretty sorry that I sold my Voodoo2 card, as it has been 4 days 7 hours
and 3 minutes since I last played GPL and I need a fix QUICK!

Ran it with a beta TNT2 card I was testing. Ran with the 1.73 and 1.76 drivers.
Haven't had another card to try the 1.81 drivers as yet.

Sorry, I can't tell you the brand of card because of an NDA.

GPL & TNT2 card - Won't work!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't get my Leadtek 16mb TNT2 card to work with GPL & openGLbeta2 patch.
SO I gave up.

I returned the card and bought a Diamond Viper 770 TNT2 with 32mb ram.

Using the open GL patch and adjusting mirrors everything is running and
looking great at 1024x768 res and still at 36 fps.

Must have been the Leadtek cards drivers or something, but I couldn't get it
to run at all.

Got to go........Monza is calling!
