Nascar 4, Windows 2000 and Voodoo 5?

I have Windows 2000 installed with a Voodoo 5 using the latest 1.04 drivers.
Nascar4 load fine but since I haven't run it yet, I am getting the screen
where it prompts me to enter my name. I do that and as soon as I click done,
it reboots my computer. Also, text on the main menu and in the drivers
screen are all scrambled looking. I haven't seen any of the other screens
yet cause thats as far as I can get. Anyone else having any luck with this
combo?

Use the latest WHQL drivers available through Windows Update.

Eric's reply about the new drivers worked for me too.  It fixed both the CTD
you described and severe text corruption.  Although using FSAA (2x or 4x)
really lowers fps, to the low ***s.  Running without FSAA gets me back to
the high twenties, low thirties fps.  Anyone else with the same experience?
