I currently have a V34 modem but am thinking about ISDN. Probably a
cheap ISDN card without a V34 modem section and I intend to sell my
modem.

Will I be abel to play multi player games like Grand Prix 2 over
ISDN-lines with other ISDN-owners?

Not with people with analog modems I assume.

Will I be abel to play GP2 over Kali or similar networks or do i have
to wait for the GP2 network version or even a special version?

You need ISDN at both ends for it to work. Other than that, I don't see any
reason why not, provided that the ISDN card uses a standard AT command set.

Hey  !
You burnt the following into my screen :

If you use a terminal, connect manually and then run your game using direct connect it should work !??
No, I don't think so !
Never GP2 because it's much too slow even with ISDN ! So with KALI there's
no way !
