Would 128K ISDN be good HOST?

DSL,cable are not available where I live but I could get a 128K ISDN
connection through Ameritech and my ISP.  My question is, how well does an
ISDN modem run GPL and other online games?

  Just check out the VROC site.  They have info there.  I hosted a 4 player
race with a 56 k and P225mmx.  so it can be done,
just the bigger the pipe, the more racers you can have online
