i think I have decided to get Intergraph's Voodoo 3dfx.....It comes with
Motoracer so thats a plus.....Plus...I can throw that piece of ***s3
video card I have away...because the new card is2d and 3d.....Is this a
good decision?   My understanding is that it has Direct 3D too.  One
more question....Can I stil play NASCAR 2and ICR II  with the new one?
I wanted to just get a whole new video card, not an add-on 3d card

Thanks folks
Dave

You can play nascar2 but not in 3d until a patch is release - sometime
before christmas.

says...

DON'T GET THAT CARD! It's a Voodoo Rush card and it's wa widely known
fact that Rush cards SUCK.  The reasons?

1) Performance isn't up to par with what you'd expect from 3Dfx (20%
slower than Voodoo Graphics cards)

2) It seems like the Rush is being ignored by developers or treated as an
afterthought.

I would think twice about getting that card - the RUSH chipset is poorly
supported by developers and is known to lag in performance when compared
to the 3d-only voodoo based cards ...

Just my $.02 ... I'm completely happy w/my Voodoo 3d-add on card.
Unless you are out of PCI slots, there is really little downside to
having the 3d in a seperate card...

I just got the Hercules Stingray 128/3d (8mb). I love it. Most of the problems
with the Rush chipset seem to be driver related. For instance, I have a
flicker problem on CPR, but a new driver update or the glide patch should fix
it.
