Lost or Damaged Documentation Replacement Policy
If you, as a customer, have lost, damaged, or
discarded your Sierra documentation, we will
replace it for you with the following guidelines: you
mail a photocopy of game disk #1 or CD, a
US$5.00 replacement fee per program, and your
name, address, and daytime telephone number.
Our disk and documentation replacements are
handled by our parent company, Havas
Interactive.
