GP2 Question

I've played around for GP2 for a week or so and am finding it hard!
Is it just me or is it fairly hard as games go?

I find that I can easily win on the 4th hardest setting, but can
barely get a win on the 3rd hardest.

btw I don't have a wheel, and don't like using a joystick, so I use
the keyboard to play. I realize this could be slowing me down, coz the
first time I used the 'stick for NFSSE I shaved over 10s from all my
race times. I also remember the original F1GP to be much much easier.

So am I really that crap, or is the game itself much harder?

Yes the game is much more hard than F1GP.GP2 is much more realistic. You
have to setup your car corectly if you want to win in Semi-Pro, Pro and
Ace.
I drive in ACE and dont find that hard any more, but I've been playing
the game for about a year now.
I also thought that it was impossible to win at pro and Ace a year ago.
You can find good setups on this page:
http://infoweb.magi.com/~ericcote/gp2menu.html

These setups will give you the pole position if you can drive.

I actually don't know how to decode such a posting. Please give a
hint.
   Thanks a lot.
