Hey just wanted to know if anyone remebers playing Grand Prix Circuit
(made by accolade)
about 5-6 years ago?

I just want to hear people remarks about it

I remeber it was a great game cause it finally got rid of the
arcadey factor in driving
games like Pole position. There were three cars, Mclaren, Williams and
Ferrari. I remeber
that the Mclaren had the fastest car but worst handling whereas the
ferrari was opposite and
the Williams was in between.
It had eight tracks (real ones too) and included that little dot
on the sterring wheel
which told you how much it turned.

I also remember that i used to lap Monaco in 58.1 seconds (shit
hey?)

So if anyone else remebers this game (perhaps even knows where i
can get a copy
of it)

        Please post here at Rec.Autos.Simulators

It was the first game I ever bought.  I think I was 13 or 14 years
old.  I don't know where you could get it.  You might try the bargain
bins or something, but I doubt it.  It's a pretty old game.  Although,
I might be able to find my old copy in the ba***t somewhere.

Hi,

with it.
I am sure i stil have a copy "somewhere"... I also remember it was quite
hard to drive only with the arrows pad !

Cheers

Hello Santosh:

I can send to you a copy via email if you want just let me know it,
is not too big.
The only feature that I liked and remember was the track editor, I
really
did a lot of weird tracks.

The track editor was in Road And Track Grand Prix Unlimited (a really
cheesy game)

The poster was referring to Accolage's Grand Prix Circuit.

It doesn't work well with a 486.  The joystick on my machine won't
work with it.
